Within easy driving distance, you can reach Philadelphia, New York, Washington DC, and Boston. US Route 15 is a major north-south highway linking Canada and Washington, DC.

US Route 15 connects the valley with Williamsport 30 miles to the north and Harrisburg 60 miles to the South. The area is also serviced by major east/west interstate highway I-80. This interstate runs less than five miles north of Lewisburg.

Union Snyder Transportation Authority

The Union/Snyder Transportation Authority (USTA) supplies free public bus transportation for senior citizens under Pennsylvania's Lottery Shared Ride Program and free transportation for medical assistance to ACCESS card holders. USTA also can serve the general public for a fee. USTA vans are handicapped accessible and trips must be booked at least one day in advance. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, however exceptions can be made.
